Crash Champions Collision Repair West Palm Beach

I'm leaving a review for my mother Susan Fox. She got her car damage fixed here and they did a fantastic job. But in addition to that, they are very nice and professional and they go above and beyond to please their customers. They ask and make sure you're happy and the gentlemen who checked us out (I forget his name) even too my mom's car to the back and completely transformed the black plastic front end of car and backend to make the dulled black look 100% brand new again! It was amazing. That had nothing to do with the damage on the car. That was such an extra thing to just offer!! I would recommend this place to anyone! They treat their customers like the old days, when companies cared about pleasing their customer.

This has been the worst customer service experience of my life. From the start, this shop has done nothing but lie, make excuses, and miss deadline after deadline. I was told repeatedly—by multiple people—that my car would be ready “next week.” That was over a month ago. When I call for updates, I’m lied to and told the manager is “in a meeting.” No one ever calls back. No one ever proactively updates me. Instead, I’m constantly passed around between different managers, none of whom take ownership or provide real answers. I was originally told the repair would take one week. It has now been over a month, and I’ve had to return and re-rent a vehicle 6–7 times because they keep promising completion dates they never meet. What makes this even worse is that this is a 2025 BMW 760—over a $140,000 vehicle—and it has been treated with complete disregard. The lack of professionalism, transparency, and respect is shocking. If you value your time, your money, or your vehicle, do not use this body shop. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Well I was able to make an appointment to take my truck in to get an estimate. My repair was finished before the estimated time frame, which was a total surprise and kinda messed up my plans. Nevertheless I was able to make up for the inconvenience. I want to out a special thanks to Jesse Munoz for his outstanding supreme service to me in keeping me informed throughout the repair process. I will definitely recommend Service Kings to all of my friends and family. Excellent body repair shop.
